Estimates and pricing

  • Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued
  • After 30 days, estimates may be revised to reflect changes in material costs or availability
  • Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection; hidden damage discovered during work may require a change order
  • All estimates and inspections are provided free of charge with no obligation

Scheduling and weather

Project scheduling is subject to weather conditions and crew availability. The Oregon Coast presents unique weather challenges, and we will not compromise the quality of our work by rushing during unsafe conditions. We will communicate proactively about any scheduling changes.

Licensing and insurance

Tru-North Construction LLC is licensed (Oregon CCB #236084), bonded, and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tru-North Construction LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website.
